Whenever a request is submitted your dedicated design lead will reach out to you to determine the scope of the request, for complicated requests we'll break it down into reasonable chunks and we'll walk you through our rationale.
You have unlimited revisions, if we collectively agree that we have a solid draft of your design request, you'll have unlimited revisions and in the meantime you can submit your next request.
