Yumari is a seed stage funded startup tha's connecting wholesale buyers all over the world to suppliers based in Latin America.
They needed a way for their buyers to digitally submit requests for quotation and then track the status/updates for any given RFQ submission. As Yumari collects RFQ submissions they want to be able to analyze the data and understand which product categories and products are generating the most requests so they can continue improving their service.
Dashboard Screens
Onboarding + Stats Home view
The dashboard home page gives an overview of quotation request results and actions. It also gives users access to resources that'll help them make the most out of the platform.
Submission History, RFQ List View
When users submit requests, they have a view where they can check on status, make changes if necessary, or contact the folks on the other side of the deal.
Tracking & Updates RFQ Detail View
Users can click into an RFQ and see all the details related to that specific request. Depending on the state the request is in, the view will dynamically update with the relevant information required.
Solution
We designed a landing page that highlights Yumari's value propositions for buyers and allows buyers to also submit requests for quotation using a form or an appointment scheduling feature.
We created a dashboard for users where they'd be able to track the status of their RFQ submissions, contact the Yumari team or suppliers, and take different kinds of actions depending on the status of their quotation submission.
